These Digital Purchase Terms ("Purchase Terms") are Supplemental Terms to the main Terms of Service for mstrjk.com (the "Site"). By checking the "I Agree" box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms.

1. Grant of License

Upon successful completion of your purchase, MSTRJK Entertainment Group, Co. ("Company") grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download and use the purchased audio file(s) ("Purchased Content") for your personal enjoyment.

2. Prohibited Uses

This license is for your personal use only. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Distributing, selling, renting, leasing, or sub-licensing the Purchased Content to any third party.
• Reproducing, modifying, or creating derivative works from the Purchased Content.
• Using the Purchased Content for any commercial purpose, including in videos, advertisements, or other media.
• Publicly performing or broadcasting the Purchased Content.

3. Payment Processing

All transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Stripe is responsible for securely processing your payment and for calculating and remitting all applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other duties based on your billing location. By making a purchase, you also agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service. The Company is not responsible for the practices, security, or terms of Stripe.

4. Delivery

Purchased Content is provided as a digital download only. No physical media will be shipped. Purchased files are not playable through the Site's integrated streaming player. You are responsible for downloading and securing the file on your own device.

5. All Sales Final

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been made available for download, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or return, except as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Purchased Content remain the exclusive property of the Company. This license grants you the right to use the file personally, not to own the underlying intellectual property.
