Catalog Update – MSTRJK Entertainment Group Acquires “Oh, There It Is!”

MSTRJK Entertainment Group has officially acquired the 2025 release “Oh, There It Is!”, originally distributed under MRJK Records (Legacy). 

The acquisition finalizes the song’s transition into the new catalog structure as part of MSTRJK Entertainment Group’s ongoing consolidation effort ahead of its January 1, 2026 merger. The single joins the company’s expanding list of protected works now managed under the MSTRJK umbrella, reflecting the Group’s commitment to centralizing rights management, metadata accuracy, and long-term archival preservation across all imprints. 

The song has been officially reissued under MSTRJK Entertainment Ground and will appear in all future copyright and publishing registrations under MSTRJK Entertainment Group. No audio, mastering, or visual assets have been altered; the update is strictly administrative. 

This marks another step in the catalog’s wider consolidation process, following the merging of titles such as “I’ll Ask Mama,” “GirlsGirlsGirls,” “When It Happens 2 U,” “Santa’s On PTO,” “You Had To Be There,” and “Beautiful Butterfly.” Additional reassignments will continue through Q4 2025 as the company prepares for full operational transition in early 2026.
