A New Era for MRJK Records

MRJK Records merges into MSTRJK Entertainment Group.

MRJK Records has officially entered a new era. Earlier this year, the label was privately acquired by an independent holding company through a non-public agreement. The acquisition will culminate in a full merger on December 1, 2025, marking the birth of MSTRJK Entertainment Group.

Under this new structure, no additional artists will be signed to MRJK Records, and MRJK Records will now operate as part of the MSTRJK umbrella.

The move shifts day-to-day business and legal responsibilities to the parent company—freeing founder and producer Jake Robison to focus more on his personal life.

What This Means for the Music

All existing songs will remain live across streaming platforms, but their label credits will gradually reflect a new structure.

While administrative changes take effect behind the scenes, the creative direction remains firmly intact. The Nice Girls have a 6-track project slated for October 31, 2025, marking the first full release under MSTRJK Entertainment Group.

The focus moving forward is clear:
quality over quantity, streamlined production, and maintaining the authenticity that built MRJK Records from the ground up.

A Word to Our Listeners

Every play, share, and message has carried this label through its evolution. The songs, artists, and spirit you’ve supported aren’t going anywhere; they’re simply stepping into a larger home built to protect and sustain them for the long run.
Thank you for being part of the story.
